If you have visited this blog, you know I have professed my love for sweets. I have rediscovered a joy in baking, and I am sure that it’s part of my participation in my #BundtAMonth group. When I share pictures of my pretty baked goods, I receive comments like “Oh, I wish I was at your house right now.” or omygosh, your kids are so lucky to enjoy that treat.” But the honest truth is, I really do try and keep sweets to a minimum in the house.
If I bake a bundt cake or cookies, we enjoy a small amount, and the rest goes to the office with me, to share with my coworkers. Now just because I take the leftover baked goods to the office, doesn’t mean the cravings disappear, which is why I always try to have smarter alternatives in the house.
