Everyone associates Fall with back to school. I love Summer with the kids, but I also enjoy being back on a routine when school starts. One of my kids favorite ways to save time making dinner is to serve breakfast. Who doesn’t love chocolate chip pancakes? Sadly, my husbands a more chicken and side dish kind of guy. By the time Friday rolls around, I’m usually exhausted, and lo and behold my family still expects something for dinner. Shocker. I know. Thankfully it doesn’t take much energy to whip up some chicken fried rice.
