If you are involved in social media in any way you know Disney has an amazing social presence. They even hold a conference every year and this year I was honored to receive an invitation to the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration. Being an active blogger, when I see opportunities arise, I am usually quick to apply to participate. Sadly, I snoozed a little and didn’t apply to be a host for a super fun Disney Side home party. I regret missing the deadline to apply, and I know applying never guarantees selection, but I also didn’t let that hold me back from showing my family’s Disney Side on a regular basis. Of course inviting myself to fabulous Disney Side parties my friends were hosting was not out of the question. One does crazy things for Disney sometimes, especially when you are over the moon excited for an upcoming visit to Disneyland in California!
Stacie, from The Divine Miss Mommy and Desiree, from Stress-Free Baby were lovely joint hostesses for a their #DisneySide party at The Gilbert House in Roswell. We feasted on Mickey pizza, cupcakes, played Disney trivia, designed colorful t-shirts, and enjoyed a delicious make your own hot chocolate bar.
Lindsay, from Redheaded Baby Mama also hosted an amazing #DisneySide gathering decked out in all things Mickey. Lindsay was so creative making these adorable Mickey shaped sandwich fixings and miniature frozen Dole Whips! YUM!
More creative t-shirts were designed, a mini oreo bundt cake was enjoyed, but the highlight of the party for Baby had to be getting to hold Kystyn’s latest addition to her brood over at Really, Are you Serious? Who doesn’t love holding a tiny baby that is all smiles and full of joy. Cuteness overload y’all! It was too much!
How do you and your family show your #DisneySide?
