Life has been a whirlwind lately! I feel like I have been on the go non-stop with family and work. So busy in fact that I have missed out on joining the #SundaySupper crew for a month. Boo! I was so excited to jump back into the swing of things with this week’s theme Squashin’ Winter. There was only one problem…I don’t like squash. I have tried multiple varieties, cooked a multitude of ways and I come up empty every time. I wanted to share this week’s roundup of fabulous recipes because I know so many people enjoy the many types of squash available. I also wanted discover some new recipes and give squash another try, so check out these 43 Super Squash Recipes for this week’s Sunday Supper.

And yes, I know the picture above shows a bunch of gourds, not squash but whatevs. I told you I wasn’t a fan, so it’s not like I had a ton of photos to choose from in my files.
