Every year I have this uncontrollable urge to make most of the classic sides my mom made for our holiday meals.  Two of my favorites are Pineapple Stuffing and my sweet and smoky Broccoli Salad.  Happily since I am not the head chef for the holiday meal in my own kitchen, there a few sides I leave off the table.  My mom can keep her famous dressing.  Don’t see the holiday side dish your Grandmother used to make?  Stay tuned for the second part of my Thanksgiving side dish series.   I will be sharing more recipes soon.

What is the side dish you most look forward to eating for Thanksgiving?
