Chocolate and peanut butter. One of the BEST combinations out there in my opinion, and when you add banana into the mix, it’s over the top.
You already know I am crazy for bundt cakes, so it should be no surprise that I am sharing this amazing Peanut Butter Banana Bundt Cake with Chocolate Chips from my friend Nancy, over at Gotta Get Baked.
I definitely need to make this bundt soon. My problem is, I never have over-ripe bananas on hand. Over-ripe bananas are better for baking because they are sweeter and the softer texture. My whole family loves bananas, so when they are in the house, they are never around for very long. I’m thinking I may have to specifically buy some on the single bananas at the store already on their way to being over-ripe. problem solved.
Now head on over to Gotta Get Baked and check out more pictures and the full recipe for this gorgeous Peanut Butter Banana Bundt Cake with Chocolate Chips. I am sure you will find a ton of other amazing baked goods that you will want to make too!

You’re such a sweetheart for sharing this post, Karen! It’s such a wonderful idea to feature posts from other bloggers – I’m always blown away by the support in our wonderful foodie community. As for the bananas – you need to buy a bunch, hide them under the bed or in the closet, and wait until they get gloriously black. Then throw them into the freezer so that you can make banana flavoured desserts whenever you want. I’ve got like, 20, of them in my freezer right now.
You are so smart! I love the idea of hiding the bananas and freezing them. LOL I def need to pop some in the freezer. I love banana bread, cake, etc.
I’d love a HUGE slice of this!!
Peanut butter and Chocolate is one of my favorite combo. I’m so glad I discovered your blog, LOVE your recipes and pictures.
