I spend a ton of time in the kitchen during the holidays. From Thanksgiving to New Year’s my hands are either baking, cooking, or washing dishes. Since I spend so much time in the kitchen, I try and make sure to save a little energy too by having the right tools for the job I am doing. So I am sharing my top 10 Must Have Kitchen Tools for Holiday Cooking.
If I know I am going to be baking all day, I try and use my crock pot for dinner. I know I will be exhausted by the evening and won’t want to cook anymore. And you know if I am baking cookies, I am most assuredly going to be using a non-stick mat so my cookies don’t stick and they look perfect for gifting to friends and family.

What’s your Must Have kitchen tool for holiday cooking or baking?
I love those cookie cutters, the silpat and the wooden spoons! Personally though, I hate that apple peeler (I like my $8 Starfrit one from 15 years ago, since it doesn’t peel off half the apple or cut the flesh). I also prize my silicone spatulas, my wet and dry measuring cups and wax paper/cling wrap/parchment/foil this time of year.
Love all your additions to the list! I may need to edit the post to include them! 🙂
