Top Ten Movies I will Always Watch

Top Ten {Tuesday}

There are always movies that repeated on tv a million times. Yet for the movies listed here, I catch myself stopping whatever I am doing, and sitting down to watch. I just have to see the title while clicking around in the DVR guide and the remote extinctively turns.

I get sucked in every stinkin’ time.

1. She’s Having a Baby
This hasn’t been on in ages, and it may just date me to living in the 80’s, but it stars Kevin Bacon as a newlywed trying to find himself while trying for a baby with his wife. The end makes me bawl like a baby. If you have never seen it. Rent it. This weekend. Trust me.

2. Forrest Gump
I saw this one late after all the original hype and after was like, meh. But everytime it’s on I find myself getting sucked back in and watching it again.

3. Indiana Jones (any of the series)
I just love Harrison Ford. Isn’t that enough of a reason to watch?

4. National Treasure
The history details in the movie are great, esp since I grew up so close to Philadelphia. Throw in some action and a little love story it’s a winner to me.

5. Father of the Bride
George Banks and Franc are a riot. Bar none. Plus I love the part when Annie gets a blender from her fiance. I thought about that exact scene as I was opening the new dust buster from my husband on Christmas Day.

6. Fight Club
Yeah, ok this one is a little a lot gross at parts, but it still draws me in just the same. Such craziness that can go on in one’s mind.

7. Dirty Dancing
Nobody puts Baby in a corner.

8. Talladega Nights The Ballad of Ricky Bobby
If you ain’t first, you’re last…’nuff said.

9. The Fifth Element
The supreme being fighting the aliens during the opera. The music score makes it pure awesome. Yes, I admit. It is a little cheesy in the end with all the love is worth saving the world for mushiness, but it still ROCKS!

10. Pirates of the Carribbean (again, any of the series)
Two words. Johnny. Depp.
I have stalked followed Johnny Depp since his 21 Jump Street Days.
Captain Jack Sparrow is just down right fun to watch.

So now it’s your turn. I would love to hear what movie just sucks you in every time, even though you have seen it over and over again?
