In a small bowl, stir together softened butter and honey until thoroughly blended.
Slather each ear of corn generously with honey butter and place on baking sheet.
Roast corn in oven for 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
Remove from oven, slather any remaining honey butter on hot corn.
Serve immediately, but allow to cool to a comfortable temperature before devouring.
