Ingredients
  • Cake
  • ¾ unsalted butter, softened
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Vanilla natural creamer
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ Cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package Milk Chocolate Morsels with Peanut Butter Filled DelightFulls™
  • Peanut Butter Glaze
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla natural creamer
  • 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Spray 10” bundt pan with non-stick spray for baking and coat with plain bread crumbs
  3. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; about three minutes.
  5. Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, and mix thoroughly, about 2 minutes.
  6. Add the flour mixture and the milk/creamer to the butter mixture, alternating wet and dry ingredients, and ending with flour mixture.
  7. Add peanut butter into batter and mix until well combined.
  8. Gently fold DelightFulls into the cake batter.
  9. Pour batter into prepared pan and gently tap pan onto counter to remove any air bubbles in the batter.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  11. Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan, then turn cake out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
  12. Prepare the Glaze
  13. Melt butter in microwave safe dish
  14. Stir in powdered sugar until texture is almost crumbly in texture
  15. Add vanilla creamer and stir to smooth consistency. Mixture should be opaque.
  16. Stir in creamy peanut butter and thoroughly combine until smooth.
  17. Drizzle glaze over cake and decorate with a few reserved DelightFulls Morsels if desired.
  18. Serve and enjoy!
