Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken,chopped
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ¼ cup carrot, shredded
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • Blue cheese crumples
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl add blue cheese dressing and buffalo wing sauce and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, add diced chicken and dressing mixture. Stir to thoroughly coat chicken.
  3. Add diced celery,shredded carrot, and quinoa to chicken mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve salad topped with blue cheese crumbles.
