Cinnamon Chip Snickerdoodles

- 1 cup butter
- 1½ cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 10 oz Bag of cinnamon baking chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs (one at a time). Beat until light and fluffy.
- In a large bowl combine the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt
- Add flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well blended.
- Fold in cinnamon bakingt chips.
- Using a ½ inch cookie scoop, scoop and place cookie dough on baking sheet about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
