Crispy Oven Fried Buffalo Chicken Tenders for a Spicy #SundaySupper

- 3-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into lengthwise strips
- ½ C blue cheese dressing
- ½ C buffalo wing sauce
- 1½ C Panko bread crumbs
- ½ C all purpose flour
- Optional celery and blue cheese crumbles for serving
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- In shallow bowl add flour
- In second shallow bowl, mix blue cheese dressing and buffalo wing sauce until thoroughly combined
- In third shallow bowl add bread crumbs
- Dredge chicken strip in flour, coat evenly, shake off excess flour
- Dip flour dredged strip into sauce mixture and coat evenly
- Dip sauced strip into Panko bread crumbs, coat evenly, and place on wire rack/baking sheet.
- Repeat for remaining chicken strips, then discard all remaining ingredients in dipping bowls.
- Bake chicken strips in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken strips are cooked through.
- Remove from oven and serve warm with celery, additional dressing, and blue cheese crumbles for dipping.
