Chocolate Dipped Rice Krispie Treat Pops #SundaySupper Picnic

- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 package 16 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg'sĀ® Rice KrispiesĀ® cereal
- 2 cups Peanut Butter Cheerios
- Cake pop sticks
- Chocolate for dipping/drizzling (I use Baker's easy microwaveable cups)
- Multi-colored shaped sprinkles or nonpareils (optional)
- In large saucepan melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Add Rice Krispies and Cheerios, stir until well coated.
- Line 13X9 baking dish with wax paper.
- Evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
- This may sound funny, but I butter my fingers for easy pressing and molding.
- Allow to marshmallow treats to cool.
- Use your favorite cookie cutter to cut into shapes.
- Push a cake pop stick into the bottom of shaped treat.
- Lay treats on sheet of wax paper
- Melt chocolate according to package directions
- Drizzle melted chocolate over shaped treats
- Decorate with sprinkles or nonpareils as desired
- Let chocolate set until hardened again
- Best if served the same day
