I love the ease of shopping online, but sometimes I have an idea for a purchase but have questions to be answered before I make my final decision. Prime example, when my father-in-law wanted to buy Baby her first bike, he wanted input on what to buy. I had no idea what to tell him. My first child was turning three, and I had no experience with buying children’s bicycles. We basically just made a choice and hoped for the best, but today you don’t have to make uninformed choices thanks to the new Get Advice feature at Shopyourway.com.
I didn’t know the first thing about buying a bike for my three year old, but there are plenty of people to ask via the online and mobile shopping channels Shop Your Way members already use. The new Get Advice feature allows you to virtually open the doors to Sears stores across the country, and access the knowledge and expertise of thousands of associates. Sounds pretty cool, doesn’t it? I could just simply have asked a question similar to this one pictured below.
Next I would just check out the advice offered from a number of in-store Sears associates sharing their category expertise, plus recommendations and insights from the millions-strong Shop Your Way member community.
Any Shop Your Way member can post any product-related question to the Shop Your Way community. Members go to ShopYourWay.com and click “Ask a Question” in the Get Advice section or directly from a shopyourway.com product page. They can then type their question and see if an answer pops up while they type. This aids the member to identify if someone has already asked a similar question and received answers. If not, they just continue to follow the prompts to post their question. Once the question is submitted, the answers will start to show from store associates across the country as they are added. Seriously my friends, it couldn’t be any easier to get answers to what you need to know before you buy.
What have you bought in the past that you wish you had advice on before you made the final purchase?
