Thanksgiving is next week folks. I am not sure how that even happened, but it will be here in less than a week and I have not even started planning our dinner menu. One thing is for certain thought, there will be PIE! I am big fan of the traditional pumpkin pie, but I was thinking of branching out this year to try baking something new. I searched Pinterest high and low to create a dazzling collection of 15 Perfect Pie Recipes To Celebrate the Holidays and share with you.

I wanted to be a rebel and a wide variety of non traditional pie recipes because not everyone feels the need to make a pumpkin or sweet potato pie. Heck, some people my not even like pumpkin pie. Not that I would be friends with said person, but still, it’s possible.
Personally, I love pumpkin pie, but this year we will be celebrating with our Florida family so I may just have to go all wild and make these super cute and tangy Mini Classic Key Lime Pies.
My perfect holiday dinner starts with dessert first. There is nothing more heavenly than big bite of flaky buttery crust filled to the brim with a delicious filling and a dollop of homemade whipped cream. My mouth is watering! I wish Turkey Day was tomorrow, but then again, my menu is not even started so it’s best to keep it next Thursday where it belongs.

KP, I love classic pumpkin pie and sweet potato pie, but those little key lime pies would be lovely as well! I just love pie, any kind of pie!
