DH pre-bakes the initial pizza crust on a Pizza Pan with holesto make the crust extra crispy. I have a Pizza Stonetoo. We haven’t used the pizza stone with homemade dough yet, but I think we need to make a pizza on each pan/stone to judge the difference in crust taste and texture.
