A co-worker was celebrating a birthday this week in the office, so you know what that means…it’s time to make Pepperoni and cheese Pull Apart Bread!

This bread is not only perfect to feed a crowd, but you have easy serving options, as it’s delicious, both served warm and at room temperature. So easy!

I was extremely proud of how pretty this pull apart bread was out straight out of the oven.  I really took my time with the dough pieces, and didn’t overload the pan like I did last time.  I used an angel food pan, and I think the tube shape helps the bread cook evenly.

The smell of baking pepperoni pizza took over my house, and I am very lucky the bread had to go to the office the next morning.  If I had to wait any longer, my will power to stay strong on Phase 1 of South beach, may have come to screeching halt.

Once again, I forgot the sauce to serve on the side, but I don’t think anyone missed it.  We shared a wonderful assortment of home made dishes for our birthday pot luck, but what I am most happy about, is that there was very little pepperoni bread left over to tempt me.  9 days down for Phase 1, and only 5 left to go!

I was also asked recently by a reader on the original post here, if this bread can be made in anything other than Bundt Pan, since they did not have access to a one.  I would think it could just by decreasing the amount of ingredients.  My suggestion was a loaf pan, or even a round cake pan, and I definitely think I need to experiment this weekend with some alternate pans.

Hope my co-workers are in the mood for more Pepperoni! 🙂

What’s your favorite dish to make and take to a pot luck get together?
