Picture this. Me sitting in the lobby area with a group of my closest blog friends chatting away at the TypeA conference last month. The delivery of the 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator was stress free. I received a call 2 days before my scheduled delivery date to confirm. The customer service rep advised I would be receiving a second call 24 hrs before my delivery date to relay my 4 hour delivery window. I received the call on time, and along with my confirmed delivery window, I was told I would get an updated call when the driver was 60 minutes from my address. All the confirmations allowed me to be completely prepared for the delivery, and I can happily share that the team of two showed up on time and were polite and courteous. This is my first new refrigerator so I was pleasantly surprised when the team unpacked the refrigerator outside to minimize any mess during the installation. The team relocated my old refrigerator for me too. With the holidays right around the corner, a second refrigerator is definitely going to come in handy.
I already had a water line installed for my the previous refrigerator so connection to the new one was done in less than a minute.
The entire installation process took less than 40 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. If you were hesitating to buy a new refrigerator based on a super busy holiday schedule, don’t be! You will be so much happier to do it now. When you think about the minimal time involved for delivery and installation from hhgregg, you will be excited you took the leap now. When creating a masterpiece, the job requires the right tools. Preparing a delicious holiday meal is made easier when everything you need is at your fingertips. For me, that includes space to thaw the turkey while having plenty of room for all my fresh vegetables for the side dishes. The Triple Cooling System features 3 evaporators for keeping all my ingredients at their freshest while providing precise temperature and humidity controls in all three zones, (1) the main refrigerator section, (2) bottom left door freezer area, and (3) bottom right door flex area.
What makes the Samsung 4 Door Flex so unique is the versatility of the bottom right door (zone 3). This area features Cool Select Plus, and can be a fridge or freezer, maximizing fresh food storage space. There are four customizable temperature settings: Fridge at 41°F, chilled at 30°F, Soft Freeze at 23°F, and Frozen at -9°F to 1°F. Last week I was able to store fresh meat for a week of dinners, and this week it will be great having the extra space to chill assorted beverages and desserts for our Thanksgiving get together.
