Balsamic Beer Batter Fish Tacos

- 2 Gorton’s Pub-Style Beer Batter Cod Gourmet Fillets
- 1 Cup pre-shredded coleslaw mix
- ½ Cup your favorite sweet and tangy balsamic salad dressing
- ½ Cup diced cucumbers
- ½ Cup sliced grape tomatoes
- ½ Cup of your favorite Balsamic Salad Dressing
- 4 Flour tortillas (small taco/fajita size)
- Optional Balsamic glaze for topping
- Preheat oven to oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bake Gorton’s Pub-Style Beer Batter Cod Gourmet Fillets according to package directions.
- In a medium sized bowl add coleslaw mix, diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes and balsamic dressing. Stir to combine.
- Set slaw aside to marinate.
- When fish fillets are done baking, remove from oven and carefully chop into bite size pieces for tacos.
- Fill flour tortilla with chopped cod, layer slaw on top of the fish, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve and enjoy immediately.
