Mexican Sliders

- 1 lb extra-lean ground beef
- ⅓ Cup finely crushed baked or regular tortilla chips
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- ½ Cup Diced onion
- Slider toppings
- Sour cream
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes
- Shredded or sliced Cheddar cheese
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Gently mix ground beef, crushed tortilla chips, taco seasoning and diced onions.
- Shape mixture into 6-8 mini burger shaped sliders.
- Cook slider burgers 8 to 10 minutes on grill, turning once, until no longer pink in center.
- Place each cooked slider in a mini potato roll.
- Top each slider with your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
