Ingredients
  • 1½ Cups of flour
  • ⅓ Cup of sugar
  • 3½ teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
  • 1¼ Cup of Lifeway Blueberry Kefir
  • ¼ Cup of Natural Vanilla Creamer
Instructions
  1. Preheat electric griddle to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the egg, oil, vanilla creamer, and blueberry kefir.
  4. Lightly grease griddle if necessary for your model.
  5. Ladle approximately ¼ cup of pancake batter onto hot griddle and cook 2-3 minutes.
  6. When the top of the pancake appears slightly dry and bubbles have popped, flip pancake to cook on the other side.
  7. Serve pancakes with butter and your favorite syrup or glaze.
