Blueberry Kefir Pancakes

- 1½ Cups of flour
- ⅓ Cup of sugar
- 3½ teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
- 1¼ Cup of Lifeway Blueberry Kefir
- ¼ Cup of Natural Vanilla Creamer
- Preheat electric griddle to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the egg, oil, vanilla creamer, and blueberry kefir.
- Lightly grease griddle if necessary for your model.
- Ladle approximately ¼ cup of pancake batter onto hot griddle and cook 2-3 minutes.
- When the top of the pancake appears slightly dry and bubbles have popped, flip pancake to cook on the other side.
- Serve pancakes with butter and your favorite syrup or glaze.
