Chipotle Corn Chip Turkey Meatballs

- 10 oz lean ground turkey
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 oz The Better Chip Chipotle/corn chips , crushed
- 2 oz bag The Better Chip Corn/ corn chips, crushed
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salsa and Sour Cream for serving
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl combine all ingredients and combine thoroughly.
- Form turkey mixture into cocktail size meatballs about ¾” in diameter and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked thoroughly (165 degrees F internal temp minimum).
- Remove meatballs from oven and serve with salsa and sour cream.
