- 8 sheets phyllo dough, thawed if frozen
- 4 Hebrew National Jumbo Beef Franks (each halved crosswise)
- ¼ Olive oil
- Optional sesame seeds for topping
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- On a clean surface, spread one sheet of phyllo dough
- Place one hot dog half at one end of the sheet of dough
- Roll the hot dog to envelope in one layer of phyllo.
- Fold the sides of the phyllo in to overlap and cover the ends of the hot dog
- Roll the hot dog up tightly to wrap completely in phyllo.
- Place the rolled hot dogs, seam side down, on the parchment lined baking sheet
- Repeat the process with the remaining hot dogs and phyllo.
- When all dogs are wrapped, brush with olive oil to coat thoroughly, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Bake hot dogs until phyllo dough is golden brown and crispy, about 20 minutes
