Ingredients
  • Baked Oatmeal
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Crème Brulee flavored creamer
  • 1 cup Chobani greek 0 fat plain yogurt
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar, divided (1/3 cup for topping)
  • Crème Brulee Glaze
  • 1 Tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ Cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Crème Brulee flavored coffee creamer
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9-inch pan.
  2. Using a large bowl, mix all ingredients, reserving ⅓ cup of brown sugar for topping.
  3. Cover pan with foil, and bake for 20 minutes
  4. Remove pan from oven, remove foil, and return to oven and bake another 25 minutes
  5. Remove pan from oven and turn oven to broil.
  6. Sprinkle top of baked oatmeal with remaining ⅓ cup of brown sugar
  7. Return to oven to broil 3-5 minutes, watching closely so it doesn't burn.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Melt 1 Tablespoon of butter in microwave safe dish
  10. Stir in powdered sugar until texture is almost crumbly in texture
  11. Add flavored creamer a little at a time to butter/sugar mixture.
  12. Stir to desired consistency for drizzling. Mixture should be smooth and opaque.
  13. Drizzle glaze over warm sliced oatmeal
  14. Serve.
